Are there any videos in the course?

Just curious!

Hi Ivy, first and foremost, I apologize for responding late to your question. Your post was buried, and I didn't even see it. So sorry. No, there are no videos per see, like me demonstrating something. The course content is mostly music, mantras, visuals, abundance affirmations, and written content for exercise and thoughtful reflection. The purpose and intent is to use all these together to clear and activate your vibrational frequencies to help inspire your abundance inside you. The full course bundle of course has the workbook that you can download as well. Hope this helps!
Best wishes,
Gagan
